Large vignette of an early automobile stranded in a country lane with two men attempting to repair a puncture in heavy rain. Ornate border with wheels on left only. Embossed company seal on red circular sticker on lower left hand corner. 50 £1 shares numbered 72848 to 72897. Certificate number '612'. Dated 12 August 1907.
