Typed in black ink on company headed paper (The British (Guest, Keen, Baldwins) Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.) Memorandum reporting that, following an inspection, it was reported that the storage of nitro-glycerine at Creigiau quarry was in contravention with the Explosives Act, 1875. Letter dated 6th May, 1932.
