Handwritten in black ink on off-white, lined paper. An agreement between the Great Western Railway and The Patent Nut and Bolt Company Limited. Agreement as to a pipe under the Company's Monmouthshire (Western Valleys) railway at Llanarth Street Level Crossing, Newport. Dated 19th December 1888.
