Bronze Age Gold from Wales
Dish, soft-paste porcelain, triangular form with rounded corners, straight-sided foot-rim, curving sides and a shaped edge to the rim; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the upperside of the dish three views of birds in landscapes and three borders of blue zig-zags interlaced with gilt festoons, separated by scattered floral sprays, to the underside of the dish three sprays of flowers spread down the sides and across the base, a gilt dentil edge to the rim. The dish broken and repaired.
