Bonnie Doon, Cambria, Brighton, Albion and Britannia docked at Ilfracombe, 1905. A Red Funnel steamer is berthed at the face of the pier and another is offshore.

P.S. CAMBRIA was renamed HMS Cambridge during the course of World War I and HMS Plinlimmon during World War II. (1895-1946).

P.S. BRIGHTON. Built for London Brighton & South Coast Railway in 1878. Sold to Pockett's Steam Packet Co, Swansea.

The paddle steamer ALBION was renamed H.M.S. ALBYN during World War I.

P.S. BRITANNIA. Built in 1896 by S. McKnight & Co., Aire. She was renamed HMS Briton during World War I and HMS Skiddaw during World War 2. (1896-1956).
