Certified Copy of an Entry of Birth (Issued for the purposes of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901) for the birth of Arthur Wilkins on 24 January 1900. On reverse is printed a schedule relating to the employment of young persons in relation to the factory and workshop act, 1901. The details have been filled in regarding the employment of Arthur Wilkins, and is dated 2 December 1912. Printed in black ink on cream paper on both sides. Details filled out by hand in black ink.
