Apprentice's indenture issued to John York

Black print on cream paper with handwritten details in black ink. Eight small red seals on lower half. Apprentice's indenture issued to John York, aged 13 years, to work for Samuel Hewett on board the CLYDE of London. Witnessed by the overseers of the Poor of the Parishes of Saint Margaret and Saint John the Evangelist in the city of Westminster. Dated 5 August, 1851.
