Ink handwriting on cream/white paper. Letter forms part of the G.W.R. correspondence between Swansea Station and Carmarthen Station concerning a complaint made by Miss Tracey, Feb 1885 - (accession numbers 80.83I/24-27). n.b. Acc. nos. 80.83I/26 + 27 are attached with a paper clip with card under the clip so as not to mark document.
