Recommendation letter issued by Brecon & Merthyr Railway, Locomotive Carriage & Wagon Department, relating to William Griffiths' employment as a fitter and erector from September 1873 to July 1874. Signed Herbert Jones, Foreman. Dated February 16th 1891.
