Illuminated address to William Harris, 1918

'Presented by the workmen of the Risca Collieries, Mon., as a token of grateful appreciation of the manly courage, gallant heroism, and ceasless devotion to duty displayed by you on the occasion of the memorable "Gob Fire" which broke out at the Old Black Vein Colliery, between July 12th & August 9th, 1918'. Printed in gold, blue and salmon on white paper with printed photograph in a roundel at each corner. Details handwritten in black ink with red highlighting of some letters.
