Printed in black ink on off-white paper, with handwritten details filled out in black ink. Agreement between the Great Western Railway Company and The Patent Nut & Bolt Co. for wharf ground at Cwmbran station. Dated 15th November 1883. Inside the agreement is a plan, hand drawn on brown paper.
