One agreement and two schedules relating to the conveyance of "The Old Moulders Arms", Cwmbran, from Guest Keen & Nettlefolds to Mr Henry Snell. 86.171I/485 (2) is an agreement for the sale of the property, printed in black ink on pale blue paper with handwritten details completed in black ink. Dated 29th September 1921. 86.171I/485 (3 - 4) are Schedules of Title Deeds, one of which is typed and the other is printed with handwritten details.
