Black print and blue typewriting on cream paper. 'Alexandra (Newport & South Wales) Docks & Railway' printed on top of letter. Letter is to Messrs Markby Stewart & Co. and concerns an agreement with Rhymney Railway Company - Motor Service. Handwritten signature at bottom. Dated 9 May 1904.
