Presentation by W.H. Stradling (Docks Accountant, South Wales Docks) to Harry Brewer (Assistant Docks Accountant, South Wales Docks) who retired on 30 April 1970 after more than 52 years service with the Docks Board and its predecessors. Mr Brewer was presented with a gold watch and a tape recorder from his colleagues.
