Black print on white paper with typed and handwritten details. Ordinary apprentice's indenture issued to William Elfed Hughes Lewis from Sir William Reardon Smith & Sons Limited, dated 16 July 1925. Signed by the Director, Apprentice and Surety. Embossed company Seal on lower right hand corner with two additional plain seals in centre of certificate. Handwritten annotations on reverse.
