Cast iron plaque commemorating the opening of Clarence Bridge, Cardiff in 1890. Inscription reads - "This bridge was erected by the Corporation of Cardiff under the power of the Cardiff Corporation Act 1887 and opened for traffic by His Royal Highness The Duke of Clarence and Avondale, September 17, 1890".
