Blue textile covers with gold lettering on front - Board of Trade symbol, No. 565837 with 'Continuous Certificate of Discharge' printed underneath. Oblong cut out of cover to show signature on first page. Biographical details in front of book with sepia photograph of Samuel Jenkins. Dated from 1909 to 1918.
