Replica Badge of Office of the President of the Industrial Association of Wales and Monmouthshire, presented to the past President on retirement from post. SIlver gilt badge with enamelled circular centre. Enamel centre has a red dragon holding a shield with moto (Una Voce) below, words 'Industrial Association of Wales and Monmouthshire' set in blue enamel in circular band around edge. Words 'Past President' set in red enamel at top of badge. Badge is hallmarked Birmingham 1961 with makers mark 'F & S'. Badge hung from a rectangular pin.
