Letter of advice from J.M Horsely (H.M. Inspector of Mines) to E. Ivor David, concerning paper and bitumen cables, regulation 128 (c). On cream coloured Mines Department headed paper, typed in black ink. Dated 9th July, 1928. Attached to 83.184I/25 (1) and 83.184I/25 (3) with a staple.
