Blue cover with two oblongs cut out of top to show handwritten signature underneath - Thomas - and number - 565904. In silver is printed the Board of Trade symbol and the words 'Continuous Certificate of Discharge'. Dated 1936. Discharged from the M.V. TRICULA.
