Blue cover with black print. 344 page book entitled - 'Great Western Railway General Appendix to the Rule Book, To come into operation on August 1st, 1936.' Book consists of lists, instructions with 11 coloured drawn images of signals, 44 b & w images of G.W.R. wagons and other various drawn images. Book was for the use of the company's employees only.
