An agreement and two letters relating to the sale of No. 15 Wesley Street, Cwmbran, purchased by Mr M.L. Griffiths from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. 86.171I/497 (2) is the agreement for the property, printed in black ink on pale blue paper with handwritten details completed in black ink. Dated 4th October 1921. 86.171I/497 (3 - 4) are two letters from Mr Griffiths handwritten in black ink on white paper, and relate to the sale of the property.
