ERRINGTON COURT (7056gt) : Built 1945 as EMPIRE FAVOUR by Caledon Shipbuilding & Engineering Co Ltd., Dundee, for MoWT, managed by Clark & Service. 1947 – Sold to Britain Steamship Co., and renamed EPSOM, managed by Watts, Watts & Co. 1950 – Sold to United British Steamship Co., and renamed ERRINGTON COURT, managed by Court Line Ltd (Haldin & Phillips Ltd). 1956 – Sold to M.A. Embiricos, Greece, and renamed PENELOPE, managed by Cia de Nav Penelope, Panama (under the Liberian flag). 1961 – Registered under the Greek flag (same name and owner). 1964 – Sold to Franco Shipping Co., Greece, and renamed ANDROMACHI under the Greek flag but managed by Dalia Cia Nav., Panama. She was damaged and set on fire by Israeli shelling during the Suez conflict on 25th June 1969. She was eventually broken up at Abadiah, Suez, in 1976.
