Letter of advice from J.M Horsely (H.M. Inspector of Mines) to E. Ivor David, concerning Gt. Mountain Colliery sealing cable dielectric. On cream coloured Mines Department headed paper, typed in black ink on both sides of the paper. Dated 7th July, 1927. Attached to 83.184I/25 (1) and 83.184I/25 (2) with a staple.
