The Navigators and Engineer Officers' Union Membership Book belonging to Mr D.M. Williams 1944-1951. 20 pages of black print on white paper, some with details filled in, 7 slips of paper attached at rear shows money that has been paid. Contained in black card covers with gold lettering on front. At back within a slip is a 40 page rule book, 1943 (1995.37/2(2of3))and a 16 page directory of solicitors, 1943 (1995.37/2(3of3)).
