Certificate crossed through by hand in red ink. Ornate border on left only. Embossed company seal on lower left hand corner with embossed coat of arms in centre. £4 stock. Certificate number '209'. Dated 21 June 1901. CANCELLED perforated down left hand side and stamped in green ink on upper right hand corner.
