Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Sample of red roofing tile made from marl from coal measures. Rectangular in shape with two holes near top and ridges at top on underside. Manufacturers paper label pasted between holes on obverse and embossed inscription on reverse.

With original Geology accession number written in ink on label.
