Bronze Age Gold from Wales
Discharge book issued to William Henry New
Blue card/textile cover with Ministry of Transport emblem and 'Seaman's Record Book and Certificates of Discharge' printed in gold on front cover. Two rectangular sections have been cut away of front (with plastic over top) to show seaman's name (William 'Harry' New) handwritten on first page. Biographical details and black and white photograph of New at front. Discharge details handwritten and stamped on first couple of pages, dated 1971-72.
