Blue textile covers with gold lettering on front - Board of Trade symbol, No. 353263, and 'Continuous Certificate of Discharge' printed underneath. Oblong cut out of cover to show signature on first page. Biographical details of Fred Martin at front and sepia photograph of Martin at reverse. Dated from 1905 - 1918.
