Ted McKay (left), Tegid Jones (middle) & Islwyn Luke (right) at Point of Ayr Colliery. Mr McKay and Mr Luke worked on handcut coal face together and Mr Jones was their pony driver at Point of Ayr Colliery. Ted McKay later became a prominent trade union offical.
