The Waverley at Penarth Pier 1906/9. Off shore is one of the Barry Railway Steamers (either Gwalia or Devonia). People walking along the front including a woman pushing a pram.

The paddle steamer Waverley, built 1885, was renamed HMS Way during World War I.
