Memorandum of agreement handwritten in black ink on cream, lined paper. Also attached to the agreement by a split pin is a typed page re. the Coal Act, 1938. Memorandum of Agreement between E. Davies and Alfred Henry Bailey for the lease of land at Greenland Farm for coal and fireclay under the land. Dated 13th August 1900.
