Circular from H. Dever of Deloitte, Dever, Griffiths & Co. accountants, with a copy of the resolution passed at the Ruabon Coal Co. Ltd. debenture holders meeting held on 1 March, 1880. Two pages, on the first page is a letter regarding the resolution, and on the second page is a copy of the resolution. The letter is dated March 9th, 1880. Copy for John Jones. Letter printed in black ink on off-white paper.
