A 55-page booklet on off-white paper, stapled together, with black printed text. From loose inside a black leather hardback cover (along with other coal mining regulations, bills etc) with the 'British Thomson-Houston Company / Electrical Engineering Manufacturers / Rugby' printed on it. The report is divided into ten sections.
