Cup, coffee
Coffee cup, pale blue grey oriental hard-paste porcelain, creamy translucency, tub-shaped, standing on a shallow foot rim, handle broken and replaced by a flat C-scroll of iron, rivetted through the body and covered with wicker; painted at the front with the coat of arms, argent three cocks gules crowned or (Einon Sais, also Williams) impaling sable on a chevron between six crosses pattée or, three fleur de lys azure (Smith), and with the crest a bull's head erased argent, horned or, on a wreath argent and gules, red and gold mantling behind, a spray of pink roses and green foliage on each side; traces of gilding at the lip.
