Sauce-boat
Sauceboat, porcelain; trumpeted foot, bulging sides with large, deep spout; handle curved inwards then folded back terminating with a small scroll, with moulded foliage to main body beneath the handle, and slightly waved lip; painted on both sides with sprays of pink, red, and blue flowers, with a pink flower sprig beneath the spout, and a sprig of yellow roses beneath the handle; a gilt band to the lip, and gilt foliate scrolls on the handle and moulding; plain gilt band above foot rim.
