Early Bronze Age pottery food vessel
Gritty well-fired ware with reddish-brown, smoothed surface, of Food-vessel tradition with hollow, vertical neck, narrow base, internally bevelled rim and row of oval depressions on shoulder. The decoration (confined to internal bevel of the rim and the outer surface of the neck and shoulder) consists of oblique incised lines enclosed by broad shallow grooves. Savory group D - Irish and Northern influence.
