Roman samian vessel
2 samian base sherds from different vessels but both form Dr18. The first (S18) is rather orange South Gaulish ware. The other (S19) is hard dark red South Gaulish ware with a very glossy red slip. Also a samian bowl rim sherd in orange ware with good orange slip and decorated en barbotine, form Dr 35/36. This is Central Gaulish ware and Trajanic in date.
