Dish
Dish, pale cream-coloured earthenware, leaf-shaped form with flat base and curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a botanical rendering of a 'Two Leav'd Ladies Slipper', showing a large flower with several long leaves, a brown edge to the rim which is slightly worn in places. A large section has broken off from one side of the dish, several smaller cracks to the other sides of the dish.
