Cup, tea and saucer
Tea cup and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, cup, hemispherical, standingon a foot rim, flared sides, everted lip, floriate C-scroll handle; painted in polychrome enamels opposite the handle with an exotic bird in red, brown, yellow and puce, standing on a pile of stones, a branch with blue blooms issuing to right, and another with yellow and brown flowers and very dark green leaves to left gilt border line at lip and gilding to handle, dark green` ermine tail' painted inside. Saucer, shallow footring, spreading sides, everted lip; painted in centre with a bird in red, yellow, blue and puce, standing on rocks amid flowers and foliage, a branch to left with yellow and puce flowers, gilt border line at rim.
