Printed in black ink on off-white paper. Print on one side of a large sheet of paper, folded in half. There are calculations handwritten on the back in pencil. Glamorganshire and Carmarthenshire Tin Plate Association. One half of the page is a notice re. wage rates and the other half of the page contains a list of net rate wages payable on and after Monday, September 1st, 1879.
