Dish, red earthenware coated in white slip, rounded rectangular shape, its slab top depressed in the centre and overlapping the vertical slightly in-curving sides; painted in the centre with a landscape at night in underglaze colours, predominantly blue, brown, green and black, featuring hills with a crow in fields in the foreground and a bird in flight over the sea visible between them, the moon and a tree on the left reserved in white.
