Handwritten details in black ink on cream paper. Letter headed 'The County School, Penarth, Glamorgan'. Recommendation letter from Griffith Jones, headmaster, certifying that Arthur William Garrett was a pupil of excellent character. Dated 18 February, 1901.
n.b. Accession numbers 84.154I/24 - 27 are secured together with a metal pin. At back of documents is an unaccessioned note upon which are handwritten figures and the name 'Garrett'.
