Neolithic pottery vessel
Vessel 24 - Thin fabric 5-6mm thick containing abundant quartz grains (fabric 6). The external surfaces are dark reddish-brown (5YR 3/2) and the internal surfaces are a dark greyish-brown (10YR 4/2). from the curviture of the sherds the vessel apparently had a small diameter.

Notes: All sherds from vessel 24 were found within a radius of 1.5m around Chamber 2. It would appear that the vessel was broken at a time when the chamber was still in use.
