Neolithic pottery vessel
Rim sherd plus bosy flakes from a ?Mortlake bowl. Up to 12mm thick. The decoration comprises seven horizontal rows of overlapping fine fingernail impressions resembling pseudo-cord. On the internal lip of the rim is a herringbone arrangement in the same technique. One of the body flakes bears paired fingernail impressions arranged in a crowsfoot motif.
