Plate, soft-paste porcelain with a creamy, pale buff translucency; standing on a straight sided foot rim curving into cushion moulded and curved spreading sides; lobed lip moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage, groove moulded cavetto; painted in enamels with a basket of flowers and a bullfinch, set on the edge of a stone table; gilt band to the cavetto and lip, and three gilt sprigs alternating with three gilt oval rosette motifs around the edge.
