ECM: Merthyr Mawr; Paulus Stone (replica)
Fragment of a pillar-stone, with less than half of the original surviving. Featuring: A. Latin inscription. B. On the opposite face is an incised emblem representing (most probably) an uncompleted sunken-arm cross with splayed arms, (possibly a representation of a Greek omega).

Notes: Original monument was discovered on the site of the parish church above. It is now located under a temporary shelter on the N. side of the churchyard.
