Bulb-pot
Billingsley, William (1758 - 1828)
Bulb pot of semi circular form, with flaring top and standing on a flared and moulded plinth with C-scroll feet; a shaped cover fitting into the pot with three raised necks for bulbs; decorated with a rectangular reserve painted with Harlech Castle in a landscape, within a gilt border and flanked by ornate gilt scrollwork set between an elaborate gilt border on the shoulders and plinth; a chain leaf band and a gilt line to rim.
