Notes: "In Mr Wynn WIlliams notes he states that about 1844, in taking up a hedge which ran across one end of the enclosure, a vessel containing Roamn coins, dating from AD117 to Ad 293 was found, and that in removing the larger quadrangle in 1851-2, and at later dates, many pieces of Roman pottery were discovered."
