long-case clock with eight-day movement, one piece painted; arched dial with buildings painted in arch and across in spandrels; semi-circular calendar aperture; two steel hands; plain oak case, varnished, with plain door flanked by two reeded side chains, the plain trunk base with two shaped bracket feet to front and plain at back; the hood has two turned supports flanking the dial; the dial aperture has fret decoration surrmounted by swan-necked pediment terminating in missing volutes flanking a missing brass urn centrepiece
